01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jj55," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jj55 platform, its operators, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities operating the website accessible at jj55.today and any related subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Platform" means the jj55 website, all pages therein, the gaming and sports betting software, account management systems, payment interfaces, and any other digital services provided by jj55.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a jj55 account and whose registration has been accepted by jj55.

• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under the age of 21, is a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, is a current or recent employee of jj55 or its software providers, or has been subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jj55 Platform in any capacity — whether as a visitor, a registered Member, or otherwise — you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jj55's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. 03 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jj55 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. jj55 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling. The minimum age requirement is a non-negotiable condition of access, and no exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

3.2 Jurisdiction Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of the Member to determine whether accessing and using the jj55 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. jj55 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate, legal, or available for use in all jurisdictions. By accessing the Platform, you warrant that you are doing so in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3.3 Age and Identity Verification Process

jj55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Member at any time. Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or government-issued driving licence. Where a Member fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe specified by jj55, jj55 may suspend the account and withhold funds pending verification.

3.4 Additional Eligibility Conditions

The following categories of individuals are not permitted to hold a jj55 account or use the Platform's Services:

• Individuals who are current or former employees of jj55, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or associated entities, within a period of six months following termination of employment;
• Individuals who are immediate family members or household members of jj55 employees;
• Individuals who are currently subject to an active self-exclusion agreement with jj55 or any affiliated gaming platform covered by the same responsible gaming programme;
• Individuals accessing the Platform through automated means, bots, scripts, or any non-human software agent;
• Individuals acting as agents, proxies, or nominees for a third party for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility conditions.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jj55 account at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other common identifier — is strictly prohibited. jj55 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jj55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Members must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep this information current at all times. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. jj55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to safeguard their credentials. Members must notify jj55 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability

jj55 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Members may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of their account, account balance, or any associated credits or benefits to any third party. Any attempt to transfer or acquire an account in contravention of this provision will render both accounts subject to immediate closure.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jj55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL direct transfer, UBL direct transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on the Member's location, account verification status, and prevailing technical or regulatory conditions.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Member's jj55 account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation by the respective payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take one to three business days to reflect, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution. jj55 does not charge deposit fees; however, Members should be aware that their payment provider may impose transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jj55 subject to the following conditions: (a) the Member's account has been fully verified in accordance with jj55's KYC requirements; (b) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Member's available real-money balance; (c) any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met; and (d) no active fraud investigation or security review is pending on the account.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit on the jj55 Platform, the Member warrants that the funds being deposited are lawfully obtained and that the Member is the authorised holder of the payment method being used. jj55 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by jj55 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any additional terms and conditions published alongside the specific promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific term will prevail only in respect of that specific promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus credits awarded to a Member's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Bonus credits and the winnings derived therefrom must be wagered using real-money bets on eligible games or markets within the specified validity period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jj55 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements on relevant games; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional structures.

6.4 jj55's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

jj55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred in respect of promotions already credited to Members' accounts at the time of withdrawal.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the jj55 Platform use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The certification and published return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are subject to independent audit. jj55 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so through the Platform interface.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on jj55 are subject to the individual rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the Platform. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided by the relevant sporting authority, jj55 will settle bets in accordance with its published event settlement rules. In the case of PSL and international cricket markets, jj55 reserves the right to void markets where Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments materially alter the nature of the original betting proposition.

7.3 Error Resolution

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error resulting in a bet being accepted at obviously incorrect odds, or a game producing a result attributable to malfunction rather than legitimate game play, jj55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the affected Members' accounts. jj55 is not liable to pay winnings arising from system errors, mis-priced markets, or incorrectly displayed game outcomes.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

jj55 reserves the right to apply per-transaction and per-day maximum withdrawal limits. These limits are communicated to Members through the account management section of the Platform and may be adjusted from time to time by jj55 at its discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj55 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, device, or other mechanism that gives the Member an unfair advantage over jj55 or other Members, including but not limited to card-counting software, auto-clickers, bots, or pattern-recognition algorithms;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any jj55 software or technology;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law while misrepresenting your location;
• Using another Member's account credentials without their explicit consent;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jj55 staff or other Members through any communication channel;
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members or friends, for the purpose of conducting gambling activities through a single account;
• Placing bets on behalf of a Prohibited Person.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jj55 Platform — including but not limited to the jj55 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, user interface design, game assets, software, and all other material — is the intellectual property of jj55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants Members any licence, right, or interest in any jj55 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the jj55 Platform without the express prior written consent of jj55.

10 Privacy & Data

jj55's collection, use, storage, and protection of Members' personal data is governed by the jj55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with jj55, Members consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jj55 maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Members' personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is entirely secure, and jj55 cannot guarantee absolute security of personal data. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own account credentials.

11 Responsible Gaming

jj55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations towards player welfare seriously. The Platform provides Members with a range of tools designed to support responsible gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion facilities.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj55, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or any other cause;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of a Member's account or data;
• Any third-party conduct, including that of payment service providers, game software providers, or other Members;
• Any gambling losses incurred by the Member in the normal course of gaming activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jj55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Closure by Member

Members may request the closure of their jj55 account at any time by contacting the jj55 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to identity verification and withdrawal processing requirements) will be returned to the Member's designated withdrawal method. Bonus credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by jj55

jj55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at its discretion and without prior notice where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) jj55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (c) jj55 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory authority; (d) the Member's account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with jj55's dormancy policy; or (e) jj55 considers it necessary in the interests of responsible gaming or player protection.

13.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jj55 will notify the Member via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy-related account fees or restrictions. Members may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jj55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jj55 will endeavour to notify registered Members via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jj55 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and jj55 arising from the use of the Platform or these Terms, the Member should first contact jj55's customer support team in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. jj55 will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under jj55's gaming licence, details of which are available from the support team on request.
